Monthly Team Machado Ottawa Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu workshop.
It was great to see more than 40 Team Machado Ottawa members from all 3 schools together for our monthly workshop. Renshi Scott, Renshi Alain and Sensei Aksell delivered some cool techniques to give Machado students the competitive edge!
Congrats to all who were promoted including NX-Machado students Rob and Marco Currie who received their blue belt.
